the breakfast WAS fantastic. the restaurants on the resort were fabulous.
The service in some restaurants was horrible. at aladdin's grill, it took them about an hour and a half before they served our first course. the family pool was packed with SCREAMING children, while the adults pool was quiet. the pools did not get cleaned every day. i saw a plaster floating in the water and someone's room key.

This was more than just a stay. It reminded me of stepping into a dream. our premium suite terrace was spacious and beautifully appointed. the meticulously maintained gardens create a serene environment for relaxation (i spent hours wandering). the private beach access provided a tranquil escape from the everyday bustle.
the wait times for buggies during peak hours could occasionally be a little longer than i preferred.

bad soundproofingexcessive tipping
This place did have some upsides. Gardens were quite pretty and well maintained. our room's soundproofing was bad. Noises from the hallway was clearly hearable. the staff seemed too focused on tips. It was like they expect one after every little thing, what made it a bit much. I would not come back.

the breakfast amenity was perfect. i loved that indoor air conditioning was available (it's so important during hot months!). the hotel has a gracious layout, a really nice touch.
i found the staff at the door a little disrespectful. they talked with a grin. gasoline cars were left on charging spots for electric cars. i thought it was not fair to other drivers.

the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, easy to find something i liked.
The soundproofing was not good. I could hear noise from the corridor and the nearby bar. The staff seemed to expect a tip for every interaction, it was quite annoying. also i found dead fish in the decorative water, unpleasant.
